Hidroflex manufactures its metal bellows using hydro forming process up to size 600 nb and cold punch forming for higher diameters. All metal bellows are designed as per EJMA 8 and ASME, the international standard for manufacturing metal expansion bellows.

Hidroflex can manufacture and supply a wide range of bellows in variety of material and thickness. Circular bellows from 50 mm up to 4000 mm in stainless steel, Incolloy, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium and Monel both in single and multiply design.

Hidroflex can supply complete joints with single miter corners, double miter corners, rounded corners, or continuous joint with no weld in the corners. rectangular joints can be manufactured and supplied in Stainless steel, Alloy steel to handle temperature up to 1000 degrees C.
 
   
  Hidroflex can supply and assemble thick wall stainless steel or carbon steel expansion joints for Rekuperators, Sulphuric Acid plants, Heat exchanger and Calciners. Hidroflex can supply EJ of this type with up to 400 mm convolution height and 20 mm thickness.
